Listening to a Faith Healer

Yesterday, the last day of 2013, I read a couple of short stories from a book I’d purchased with a Christmas present voucher.  The book: Chicken Soup for the Soul.   The stories were about faith curing serious illness, that is, the faith of other people healing the illness of a third party.  This inspired me to Google ‘ Australian Faith Healers ‘ and I came up with a couple of names.  The top one on the page smacked too much of  ‘organized religion’ for me, so I opted for the second Google entry:  Simon Hay.

Well!   This Simon Hay made a real impression on me.  I think what most impressed was his humility, candid admittances of what he knows and he does not know; his honest appraisal of these God-given abilities which have come to him and which, he says, we all possess.

I looked up his website.  Simply his name:  and found there some very interesting information and a swag of blogs and videos.   He is a real traveller and travels the world healing and talking about healing to others.    If you’re interested in ‘Faith Healing or Soul Healing’ then this is certainly a website worth viewing.
